Had issues with my Audi that multiple garages could not diagnose or fix - TQC were able to fit my car in for diagnostics under short notice, diagnose and fix the fault, aswell as fixing an issue caused by another garage. Communication was great throughout, and no complaints on the work. They worked with my warranty provider and final invoice was half of what Audi dealership quoted. Great service start to finish, would happily go back again.

Brilliant service from start to finish, 2 other garages couldn't tell me what's wrong with my car and were advising changing tons of parts, spending a lot of money hoping that they will find the issue and some point... TQC however, having diagnosed the car knew straight away what's wrong with it and within 2hrs correct part was replaced and my A6 is running like a dream again. Great atmosphere, fantastic knowledge across the team and outstanding customer service. If you're looking for Audi/VW specialists, look no further... I will definitely be using their services any time the car will need any jobs doing.

Utterly shocking customer service. I rang them to see if they could fix my gearbox issue which Gav assured me that of all the gearboxes they’ve had they’ve been able to fix. They had the car for a week before they even looked at it and blamed other work taking longer which was the delay (mismanagement). I had to constantly ring them for updates. Long story short cars not fixed and then said to send it to another garage to fix. Gav mentioned on a few occasions that the mechanics have 10+ years of experience with Audi cars. This is questionable. Would give them a negative review but that’s not possible. Avoid at all costs. My car didn’t come in as a breakdown, it was booked in by Gav so you’re incorrect. There has been no mention to me that Audi main dealer were even contacted about my car and even with 40 years experience you weren’t able to fix the car.
