Tyres in Oxford
It is easy to take your tyres for granted, but tyres are crucial to your safety and the safety of other road users. They are the only point of contact between you and the road so it is not wise to ignore them.
The legal limit is 1.6mm of tread depth across the central 3/4 of the tyre all the way round. Anything less is considered dangerous, it would fail an MOT test and could cost you £2500 in a fine and 3 penalty points on your licence.
If you are unsure you can always call in and we will check them over for you. We stock a wide selection of tyres in Oxford, ranging from budget tyres to leading brand named tyres such as Michelin, Pirelli , Continental and Dunlop.
We offer fantastic value for money and a prompt service.
We are centrally located with excellent public transport facilities and ample off road parking. Courtesy cars available on request.
Our aim is to focus on giving complete customer satisfaction. We offer an excellent quality of service with many of our customers returning to us time and time again.

Anna Gibbons5 StarThis is the first time I have used this garage. Fantastic service from start to finish. Took the car there for a quote, booked it in to have the work done, took it in today and all work was completed the same day just as they had told me. Will definitely use this garage again when my MOT is due.Friday 23rd February 2024
El Aboussi Mourad1 StarTook my car for MOT Last year, it failed because of brake calliper and other small things according to the garag. I paid over £600 repairs including around £300 for the caliper. Taking my car I found three faults: parking brake slope security stopped functioning, gear changing indicator on dashboard stopped working and lose handbrake. A year later it failed MOT because of the same brake caliper they changed causing parking brake being lose under required limit. I had already decided to never go back getting my car back with many faulty things, but this was confirmed by MOT failing this year because of their rubbish work. (Brake caliper's repair was £100 overpriced but i got caught into the 10 days limit for MOT retest..) They bought the MOT centre next door which I kept going to for over 5 years, but it became their source of money!
WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.Saturday 23rd March 2024
Jiaqi Lou5 StarHad a broken expansion tank cap and headed to the garage without an appointment. Despite being super busy, the staff and the mechanic were incredibly nice and helped me out by removing the broken cap. Thank you so much!Monday 4th March 2024

Nathan Soper5 StarHad a good experience using this garage for an MOT. Their availability was pretty good and prices quoted seemed fair. I think they were a little overboard on some of the advisories on the MOT but they weren't pushy with sales at all. Were happy for me to change the shock absorbers myself rather than take their quote and did the retest for free the next week, along with some new tyres. All round I'm impressed.Wednesday 25th January 2023
