stuart broadhurst1 StarAlthough Julie was very pleasant, not a great experience..they collected my car, kept it for a week and charged me £60 for diagnostics. They still can’t tell me what’s wrong 🤷♂️
Was unwilling to pay £1.5k-£3k for a rebuild on an A4 for what may well turn out to be a water pump 😕 if my mechanic is wrong I will come back and leave a better review.

Mujahid Mahmood5 StarHad quite a few electrical issues with my car - headlights, fuel system and remote locking. Garages near me could only do diagnostic but couldn’t really figure out how to fix so I was getting a little annoyed at spending £50-80 each time only to be told what the problem is. Called up TAE on a Monday and was booked for Wednesday to drop my car. The garage is located in a good area but is quite far from me so I was skeptical at first but advisor on the phone was brilliant. Dropped my car off Wednesday around Midday and advised I need the work done by next week Tuesday giving them just under a week. They called me back the following day 24 hours later and advised it has all been sorted. Could not be more happy, great service and issues dealt with pretty rapid. Will definitely be back. PS - price was great too cannot complain in any way, car was as I dropped it off too.Thursday 15th February 2024
Paul Sharpe5 StarThe garage identified an unusual problem with a vacuum pump on my brakes and were able to fix the problem within a few days at a good price. Pleasure to deal with and they were very flexible, professional and able mechanics and fault finders . Highly recommend :)Friday 17th May 2024
Mark Fisher5 StarI had a common problem with my rear passenger door locked shut on my car and as it was a MOT fail I contacted TAE Auto Electrics and had a diagnostic who confirmed the lock had ceased. A new (reconditioned lock sourced by myself) was purchased and installed by TAE with no hassle.Sunday 7th April 2024
