Polite and punctual service but be prepared to get charged for labour even if you don't get any resolution for your faults. Also you have to repeatedly chase them when they're supposed to follow-up with you. I spent over 2 hours there waiting for them to diagnose an issue with the airbag warning light that lit up on my car's dashboard. I was charged £40 and told there was a fault with the airbag module and they would need to Send the module elsewhere to get it fixed. They promised to ring me the following Monday with prices for either purchasing a new module or getting the existing one repaired externally. I had to chase them the next day a few times before I was able to get an answer. I was then told the module would cost £180 to purchase from Germany. There was no more mention of getting the existing module repaired and how much that would cost. So I ended up £40 out of pocket with my issue still not fixed.

Superb service, brilliant team, difficult Jo b tracing and locating an earth fault. Found and repaired within a couple of hours, thank you, couldn't fault the service, fast friendly and very efficient, well done guys.

Had an ongoing issue with a warning light on my Peugeot 308 which also left the cooling fan continually running after stopping,and had been looked into at another repair garage with no success. Found SVS Solutions website,paid them a visit last week,where they spent over an hour checking it out,informed me it was not a wiring issue and agreed to investigate further this week, and sure enough solved the issue. Excellent customer service,repair was at an affordable price,feel a lot safer on the road again,cannot recommend SVS highly enough.

Main dealer couldn't find the fault on my car but SVS resolved the problem. Thanks guys, your service can't be beaten, not even with a baseball bat.

Very helpful and friendly. Only a small job on a couple of battery terminals but they did a top job on them and never made to feel the job was too small for them. Cheers.
