We operate two companies; Roger's Rescue and Auto Support. Both run side-by-side and have developed into a nationwide roadside breakdown & recovery service and three modern, well-equipped vehicle services workshops, providing all your repair, servicing and MOT needs.
We have three garage depots based in Kidderminster, Worcester and Strensham covering all areas of the West Midlands, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire. We are proud to be a Servicesure Autocentre and all our work – parts and labour – is covered by their National Warranty. Ian Addison5 StarRogers came out via a call under my LV Breakdown cover (which I also recommend). It wasn't urgent and car was at home, so booked for a timeslot the next day. Was able to track their arrival via web page. Josh arrived nicely on time. What a nice, polite and helpful chap. He fixed the problem easily but also took time to do diagnostic tests on the battery and alternator and gave me suggestions on avoiding the problem happening again (it's complicated: car is adapted for me to drive from my wheelchair; hand contols, etc). Great to have someone who is ready to spend that little extra time. He even waited while I elft hte car open and running while I went back into my flat before taking the car 'out on run'.Wednesday 10th April 2024
Keith Cadwallader5 StarAs a result of a vehicle supplier problem we had to have a brake test carried out on our motorhome. The guys at the Kidderminster depot were brilliant. They collected the motorhome, carried out the work promptly & discussed the findings. Their knowledge was excellent, their attitude friendly & respectful. They will be getting our business when service & MOT are due.Thursday 15th February 2024
Andrew snowden1 StarPhined them twice to book in my sprinter fir work, on both occassions I was promised a call back....... I'm still waiting. Now I have my phone bill and this sppalling service has cost me £4.30 on their premium number. AVOID, AVOID AVOID!!!Monday 26th February 2024

Elle Hampton5 StarMy car was sent here after it was in an accident, Dave was so reassuring and understanding.. i thought my car was finished and that i couldn't drive it but he went out his way to amend the car so i could at least bring it back home with me..
