Eguavoen Aghedo5 StarMy automatic Vauxhall car would not enter reverse gear, so I contacted Oxon Autos. I got an appointment booked for 25/10/2022 at 10am. At about 9.40am a gentle man by name Adam turned up at my place to repair my car. After about 3 minutes of moving the gear around, he got the gear working again as he could put the gear on reverse. In the end he did not collect any more from me and he explained to me what made the gear got stuck and advised that if it happens again that I should give him a call. I must say that with all sincerity that Adam is truely a remarkable and outstanding mechanic for the following reasons.
1. He was punctual as he arrived 20 minutes before the appointment time.
2. He was very HONESTY about the issue with my car. He did not capitalise on my ignorance to exploit me as he did not charge me any money. ideally, other mobile mechanic will charge for at least the call out.
3. Therefore, I will recommend Adam to anyone, anytime and any day. He was simply awesome! Not because he did not charge me any money but because of his honesty and also for putting the interest of his client first. Well done Adam!
