Called Mark out with an overheat problem on my Audi. He diagnosed a pump failure and charged £120.00. Organised him to call out the next day to fit the new pump for £145 part & £280 Labour (Sunday). I was over 150 miles from home so had no choice and trusted his expertise. Well, 10 miles down the road on the Sunday morning exactly the same fault, overheating. Rang Mark and he said he will go straight to me on the M6. Got my car to Rugby Services and he said he was on his way. Time passed by and he stopped answering my calls & texts. To cut a long story a bit shorter, got home via a recovery service and took it to my local garage on the Monday morning. Within seconds they diagnosed a stuck thermostat. They said any competent mechanic would have thought of this, Mark didn't even mention there was a thermostat. Avoid this person like the plague, he is being reported to Bedford Trading Standards. £545 down the drain, no partial refund nothing.

Installed a starter motor for me, bodge job left so dangerous if I could upload a video I would live wires arking underneath could of caught fire 🔥. Rang him yesterday as broke down starter motor not working. He told me he will sort it. Tried calling no answer few times then a WhatsApp saying he's coming then another few hours later saying he's running late then no show, call again following day no answer several times he knows what he's done no apologies nothing no call backs I'm fuming soooo angry. Could of been sorted so easily instead just lies and calls blanked paid good money fitted just two weeks ago. Recovered van from London to Milton Keynes on the promise he will come and sort it now have to arrange recovery wnd pay again to another garage plus I'm self employed don't goto work no money. Please avoid at all costs his work is dangerous.. another mechanic has seen the videos I sent and told me it's such a shoddy dangerous job. He's taken my money and ran.

He quoted me to fix pads and discs front and back. He gave me the time of 10am then rearranged for 11.30am and then again for 2pm. I had to call him as time was getting on and I hadn't heard from him. We then agreed to change the for the next day at 9am. He still hasn't shown up and is now ignoring all my calls. Very unprofessional
