Great customer service from Brett who got back to a few initial queries on email, out of hours really quickly! Loving that they're fully embracing the 21st century with online bookings, Facebook messenger for queries and WiFi (if you need it while you're there)! Polite, efficient and friendly team there and will certainly be using them again.

Great service, was able to fit me in for MOT within a few days. Very professional and was done within the hour and contacted me to tell me so. Also sent confirmation and reminder notifications of booking. Would recommend and use again.

Usually had no problem with this garage but extremely let down the last time. Went for an MOT and there was an issue with the bonnet of the car. When they were trying to fix it they broke cord you pull on the drivers side to open the bonnet so we were unable to open it. Instead of telling us this they just called us back saying they couldn't fix the lock so we needed to take the car back. Now we have to pay for their mistake and lie (didn't cost much) but its not the money it's that we trusted them. After phone call: The bonnet catch was faulty, that is correct and I never denied that but there was not an issue with the cable you pull on the driver side to open the bonnet. It was completely snapped when it was returned so was unable to open the bonnet anymore. This wasn't told to us when given back, just said you couldn't find a new bonnet lock so they couldn't help anymore. You did offer to fix but that was after you laughed at me down the phone while I tried explaining so doesn't instil much confidence that you'll actually help after already being lied to by one of your employees.
