Elizabeth Ofuani1 StarI took my Citroen with a diagnosis report to them. The reports clearly stated that the head gasket was gone. M60 said the gasket was fine that the only thing that needs repairs is the thermostat. They charged me 320 quid for it, kept my car for days without contacting me.After they fixed the thermostat, they came back to say my car failed the pressure test and will need the head gasket replaced for another 800 quid I refused to pay or allow them fix thisβ¦ Upon collecting my car, and driving it out of their garage, the over heating started(the car wasnβt overheating when I took it to them). I only went to them based on reviews I found on Google but later found a true review about their shady services on trust pilot.Thursday 14th March 2024

Ghastor1 StarBooked to bring my vehicle in, when I got there they couldn't do anything because they'd lost access to their workshop. Sent me to some other guys who they said would sort it, got to them and they don't have the equipment to do the work. So after this whole wild goose chase I am no closer to getting this work done than I was before. Only good thing I can say is that they didn't take my money in the end.Monday 25th March 2024
