Mark answered my queries after what I would call usual working hours and promised to do the work early the next morning if he could get the parts.
Job was completed at earliest opportunity the next day to good standard and the price was very decent, didn't take any advantage of the short notice.
Great communication throughout, let me know if and when he was able to the job and kept me up to date.
Really went the extra mile and nice bloke too.

Only issue i was annoyed about was he advised me the rear disks and pads didn't need doing put he did them anyway instead of telling me before carrying on and advising me after but work all done and no issues on first drive of the cars.Monday 17th December 2018
Colin Arnold5 StarGot in touch with Mark last Thursday evening by email about a possible window regulator replacement,got a positive reply with quote on Friday,he asked to pop round Monday to make sure of fault as part needed to be ordered.Turned up Monday morning after originally booking the afternoon,took off door card and of course the cable had snapped,I might add he was the first one to actually take of the card,I had three estimates before and not one had a look(they just guessed and hoped) instead of ordering the part he had taken a punt and bought one so it was installed there and then,after a bit of adjustment job was done,I didn't time it but it certainly less than an hour from turning up to going away,price was less than half quoted by all garages,including a main Citreon dealer in Cove,who will remain nameless also they wanted two days,
More than happy with job and price,will definitely use for my next service prior to MOTMonday 21st March 2022
