Rani MAHM1 StarAVOID AND DONT BUY -rubbish camera quality and customer services not helpful at all, purchased dr900x-2ch in April 2023 at a premium price the car it is was to be installed for does not get used when we did use the dash cam still gave a bad poor quality does not capture any info of vehicles or give a clear pic has a great amount of glare and this company only asked to send back for test back after back and forth of emails they still returned it and also lied about the sd. card not there what am I going to do with it . Cliff Tricker1 StarI made a purchase of an awning and fitting kit with the promise of a quick delivery in time for getting it fitted and our holiday.
Well after 12 days and 19 phone calls I still haven't received the awning as promised.
I emailed several times which never got answered. I was given several assurances that it will be delivered next day AM delivery but it never did.
I was eventually left with no option but to call the credit card company to cancel payment. I have never done this before but felt I was left with no option as the promises were pointless as no delivery ever turned up.
The only reason I give 1 star review is because I can't give a NO star review.
I will never waste anytime purchasing from this company again.Saturday 19th August 2023
