Jay's Autocentre

I have been using Jay's autos for the past 5 years now. He has done anything from tyre changes, brake discs and pads change, diagnostics, service and mot. Always been more than happy with his work, genuine and trustworthy. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. We've brought both our vehicles to Jay on more than one occasion and have been completely satisfied with the work he has done. Very professional and goes out of his way to help and is really friendly. He's always honest with you and you're never left with the feeling of being ripped off like you sometimes do elsewhere. Totally recommend. Honest, honest, honest and..honest! They've saved me hundreds of pounds and kept my car safe and on the road. I can't recommend them highly enough. Had quite a pricey issue with my car but thanks to Jay's expertise and honesty, he was able to track down the original warranty on the part saving me hundreds of pounds! Definitely went above and beyond as he didn't benefit from going the extra mile for me. Fabulous service and will not hesitate to recommend.

We phoned Jay's autocentre in a bit of a pickle, we needed someone we could trust to fix our daughters car in an unknown city to us. After reading the reviews we called and were not disappointed. My daughter dropped the car off the next day. The communication throughout was excellent and the final invoice was cheaper than originally quoted as some parts didn't need replacing in the end, we really appreciated the honesty. We cannot thank Jay's autocentre enough!
