I recently had the pleasure of visiting Harling's Autos, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations in every way. My wife's car was experiencing some steering issues, and we were worried about the potential cost of repairs. However, our worries were put to rest when we met Gino, the mechanic at Harling's Autos. Gino's expertise and honesty were truly commendable. After a thorough inspection, he identified the problem, which turned out to be a simple issue with the steering rack. Instead of taking advantage of the situation, he explained that it could be fixed by tightening a few bolts. I was relieved to hear this, as another company could have easily charged a fortune for unnecessary repairs. What impressed me the most was Gino's ability to correct a misdiagnosis made by the RAC. It speaks volumes about his knowledge and dedication to providing accurate and reliable solutions. It's rare to find a mechanic who prioritises honesty and customer satisfaction above all else. The service at Harling's Autos was prompt, and Gino's friendly demeanor made the entire experience pleasant. He patiently answered all our questions and ensured that we were fully informed about the repairs being carried out. I went for a MOT, Interim and a Brake Fluid Replacement last week and have received very honest opinions and good quality service from Harling's Autos. I was sent images on What'sapp, highlighting what the problem and solution was. Only with my confirmation the repairs went ahead. The fix was reasonably priced and I am very happy with the service I have received. I will be using them again in the future, as well as recommending to family and friends. 😊

Excellent service, excellent price. Gino was helpful, polite and honest and I felt very welcome to sit and wait. This is a 'proper' garage where the love of cars and maintenance is evident. Highly recommended. Beep beep!!
