Katrina Lowther5 StarWould highly recommend Hardy's after a very speey recovery and safe tow home in the rain after a hire car breakdown - with a 2year old! Can you become the RAC/AA default outsourced recovery for anyone living in the area please.
Elis did great getting the car to cooperate and was very reassuring during a stressful situation. He even moved the awfully tricky childseat around so that I could hold the baby to keep the peace. The direct call ahead of the recovery with an ETA was spot on and 2hours ahead of the RAC predictions!
The following day another truck and driver arrived to collect the hire car to take back to the depot and he was very nice and helpful too (sorry I didn't get a name) also spoke to office staff that were lovely.

Ivor Hall5 StarYesterday I had battery problems on my van and it had to be replaced . The RAC driver called Hardys around 5pm to explain my problem and asked them to order me a new battery. They said no problem, call round after 10.30am the following day. The battery was waiting to be fitted, start to finish, 15 minutes. Super helpful and friendly. This is definitely my go to garage for anything in the future.Saturday 1st June 2024

While on holiday in your beautiful part of the country I had a rattle on my BMW exhaust. I telephoned late in the day, the service on the end of the telephone was a can do attitude.
My car was seen at 9am the following day and repaired at a reasonable price 2 hours later. Thank you again Hardys, I wish I had the same service commitments where I live.Thursday 28th March 2024
Carol Dunhill5 StarAfter initial confusion around ETA we couldn’t have been happier with our recovery experience today from North Wales to The Midlands. Martin, the driver, was brilliant. He was kind, patient and made us feel lots better about what was a very stressful situation. He definitely went the extra mile (no pun intended), which is just what you need in this kind of situation. He is definitely a credit to company. Our journey home was an absolute pleasure. nick scoggins5 StarCar broke down near one of Snowden’s car parks. It was recovered to Hardy’s late at night and they did a cracking job in sourcing a new alternator the next day and fixing it the day after. Easy to communicate with and would recommend them anytime you need anything near Pwllheli for you car.Wednesday 22nd May 2024
