Very poor service took both my kids polos there for service both was driven there now both cars are scrap no more then 5 minutes of leaving one started to smoke very bad from back took it back said it was an injector problem and cost over £700 to put right this was done but lasted 1 day Second one had service and new clutch again with in 2 minutes down road the steering was very heavy and would not turn with two hands took back after waiting days for a response from them I’m told the power steering rake has fault but nothing done by them again now asking for £650 still have car as I’m now Seeking legal advice From the Obisman after Martin was due to call last Wednesday yet again did not Bother to call

I had a problem with the DPF filter in my van. I approached DMS in Dudley on a friend's recommendation. From the moment I. left the car, I was kept informed at every step of the repair process for my vehicle. The service was very professional and friendly, and the cost for the service was reasonable. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic service, which I highly recommend 👌🏾 .. I went to DMS yesterday regarding an engine management light being on my Range Rover due to a blocked DPF. A free health check was provided and my car was booked in for the next morning! Within 2 hours I had my car back, engine light gone, power back, and start/stop system working efficiently again. These guys provided me with honesty which I am very grateful for as prior to contacting them other companies were charging triple the price stating the DPF needed to be removed from the car which in fact when DMS checked they stated the condition of the DPF did not warrant it to be cleaned using the machine. It is nice to know there are still some garages around that ‘don’t see women coming!’. Once again thank you very much.

Really happy with this garage. The guys are not patronising to women AT ALL and I never ever feel ripped off. Extremely trust worthy and honest. Will let you know when they expect the job to be completed. So you can plan your time accordingly. Very pleasant and helpful people. Wouldn’t trust any of the other garages around Brierley Hill. Can’t tell you how good it feels, as a woman, to have absolute faith in your mechanic. Would definitely recommend you take your car here. FIVE STARS ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Excellent service, very knowledgeable and accommodating. DMS fixed a steering wheel lock issue I had on my Mercedes B class. After 4 other garages attempted to fix the issue DMS managed to sort it out of business hours. I would 100% recommend DMS and will be using again.
