Derek step by step over charges.I would not recommend him. He doesn't give correct diagnosis after checking the car. Ask from him a written diagnosis, parts prices and labour charges before he starts the work.

The man knows how a 7G transmission works and how to retrain it. The vehicle went in with a few niggling and scary issues but with just an oil change and retraining the car feels like a gem. No hiccups no delays. Best place place paddle shift gearboxes. 👌
