michal witkowski1 StarDo not go there for their cheaper MOTs!!! They charge less for MOT's and then loads for repairs! go anywhere else!!!
I have tried to use them three times! Each time another garage beat their price by 50% or more... one time on a convertible then motorbike, and another time on a van
For the bike (Valued at £4k) repairs would of apparently cost £2.5k, just for the issues found now; Not to mention diagnostics fee. And said there probably is more needed to fix it. took it to another garage, said they can do it for £800. I decided to do it my self/ Took me 5 hours adjusting calipers and light direction. MOT passed no problems and no parts needed.
My convertible was quoted £800 to repair. They come up with more faults then the previous garage. Again they said it needed repairing but there is probably more that needs doing so i scraped it. Another garage did say £400 with some extras needed later.
Now my van had some warning lights. They quoted £75 for diagnostics (apparently took longer than an hour so £100 now for 1 hour 15 minutes work) found some cables were cut, and to solder them together they would like nearly £200?????
Are you joking? are you fitting a new part? doing a new circuit of wiring or putting 2 wires together, matching their colors and twisting them together? (obviously crimping, using connector block or something like that.)
Always overcharging. Except on their MOTs that how they get loads of customers to come in, Then find loads of problems and overcharge on the repairs.Wednesday 16th March 2022
