Nathan5 StarA HONEST PROFESSIONAL GARAGE!!
I took my Mercedes A45 here on a recommendation and after being told my track rod end on the drivers side was seized and needed replacing.
Mercedes weren’t interested in checking it out and instead gave me a quote of £800 for the replacement of the two. (Not sure what they were replacing them with at that cost)?
Dean at Chester Auto Service checked both plus the full suspension and gave the car a full check over and said it was in mint condition with no issues at all and no £800 cost. lol
If you want a professional garage with professional HONEST staff then I would highly recommend this garage.

Kuba Grygowski1 StarPicked up my car on Thursday I drove 20 miles and it broke down again SAME DAY. Brought it back and I suppose to pick it up today. Google says garage is open since 8:30. I am sitting here since then and… 10am and nobody here. Never again. Avoid this place. They have no idea how customer service should look like. I am late to my work because they are 1.5 hours late for theirs.Saturday 11th May 2024
alan dodd5 StarDean and his team are absolutely brilliant. Broke down in Chester travelling from Staffordshire. My clutch lever had popped out fetching building materials from Travis Perkins in Chester. Unable to get back home unless my clutch was fixed, Dean sorted my clutch out straight away and wouldn’t charge me.
Thoroughly recommend a genuine mechanic who cares about his company and service. FantasticTuesday 14th May 2024

I'll definitely be using them again. Most importantly as a young women I am use to getting ripped off by places like these. It was amazing to have the complete opposite experience.
