Autoworks Service Centre is a small, family-run, independent garage. We’re big enough to carry out every kind of service, repair, and maintenance, but small enough to care.
We treat all the vehicles we work on as if they were our own. Established over 20 years ago, we serve customers in King's Norton and surrounding areas. We have become respected and relied upon to provide exceptional customer service and the highest standards of workmanship.

Lima King5 StarI had taken my car for an MOT at a major chain, they informed me the car had failed and it required some welding. They advised me they couldnt fix it but werent really bothered about helping me in terms of recommending anywhere and let me go on my way. I had tried a number of Garages that were not interested and I then came across Autoworks on Google, I phoned and they were kind enough to book me in the next day. I arrived and handed them the failed MOT details, they were very friendly and welcoming, the Manager there explained everything to me, they messaged me approx 1 hour after I left the vehicle and gave me all the options. They were nice enough to not only carry out the work required but also MOT'd my vehicle on the same day, the service was excellent. My 2009 Focus is now road worthy again and I would recommend everyone to use them. Thank you!Saturday 9th March 2024

Excellent customer service from the receptionists, very lovely to interact with.
The car was booked in for the morning after the initial call, and I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the team, from dropping the car keys off to receiving the full health report and picking the car up.
The mechanic was 10/10 in terms of the approach, explaining and professionalism.
A family run business that inspires confidence and cares for their clients.

Mark5 StarThey did my friends 2014 Volkswagen Touareg reset the parking brake module, the bloke who done it was modest and was efficient. Can’t praise him and the receptionist for the way we was treated. Would highly recommend this garage to anyone who values there vehicle. 5 star ⭐️ would give 10 ⭐️ If had option.Friday 5th April 2024
