I don't usually write reviews - but feel this one is absolutely required. I don't even know where to start. I had a leak in the boot of my car and was recommended this place to potentially sort it out as my car was not starting due to damaged electrics. Rang this place and was told to bring it in the following Thursday, paid £40 to get it towed there to be told "Oh you haven't booked in" I wasn't told I had to and despite that fact I was told to bring it in on that date. The only good thing they did was find a space to keep my car to save me having to pay to have it towed away again. 2-3 weeks had passed and I still hadn't heard off them so I had to call up and ask, to be told they had started looking and had changed a wire but that did not solve the problem, he then proceeded to inform me that they had to obtain the wiring diagram for the vehicle which was 13 pages long. "We are about half way through and will be in touch". At this point I just thought fair enough it is a complex job and I will wait for an update. Almost another 2 weeks passed and I heard nothing again (shock) so I called for an update in which I was told it will cost almost £1700 to replace a unit and a couple of other things - but it may not solve the problem and I needed to get the leak sorted first so that the water does not build back up, but they do not do that here! He then said if it was him he would scrap the car as it would not be worth it due to cost and value of the car itself: 1) Why would you not call me to let me know in the first place. 2) Why would you keep the car there for over a month without covering it, allowing it to gain more water and also knowing you don't even carry out the first stage of the process! So after all this I arranged to get the car towed away again for £40 and was told whatever they did (I'm beginning to question whether they had done anything at all) cost £228 - which I paid them and thanked them for their help (lol!). I was recommended a garage and thought I would give it one last shot at getting the car sorted before taking Auto electrics advice and scrapping the vehicle. The other garage had the car yesterday morning and it is already sorted, dried out, electrics fixed and leaks sealed at more than 1/3 of the price quoted by these - they have done more in less than 36 hours than this place did in almost 2 months and kept me updated constantly! As I stated at the beginning of this, I do not usually write reviews but this one was definitely needed. If you value your time and money then AVOID this place! If there was a no star option I would have given them that instead of 1.

Absolutely. Amazing company were so supportive in every choice that was made and kept us in the loop for everything. Just outstanding customer service from everybody there.

Can't give any good feedback had to return there for an unsatisfactory repair didn't really feel valued when I had to go back so I've paid someone else to fix the car properly.

Could not have been happier with the service I got from them. Called early in the morning (had a faulty rear light/brake light) they said they can fit it in their schedule. Car was fixed and ready to pick up after lunch.
