All very polite and they showed me the pictures of the work that had been done . Cannot fault them !

jef brothwell1 StarWhat an utter joke. I wish I’d read some of these reviews before I contacted APRS. I phoned them and they booked me in for two weeks later. I got to the garage first thing on 20th November, only to receive a text one hour before the appointment, to say “we have had to cancel all pre booked work until after Xmas”. Waited two weeks for them to waste my time and money. Stay well clear.Monday 20th November 2023
mathew wilson1 StarBooked in to have some faults cleared but was told they only had a Friday slot available, because I was working I asked my brother to take it for me as I was told it could be done while my brother waits, on arrival he was told there was no booking which was a waste of both mine and his time. my brother phone me to see if I wanted to see if he could get another booking from them but witnessed one of the mechanics hand break turn a customers car into the garage to his amazement.
I have no doubt that the owner will reply How they been doing business for 30+ years and how responsible they are, but 11 reviews (including mine) and two of them bad says it all, keep clear of this bunch of cowboys.Friday 21st May 2021
