Returned for a refund but my return was incomplete, my fault. Then I sent missing part one week later. Chasing chasing refund. No reply. Poor communications. Thought this looked a decent business but wont refund or reply to any emails. SHOP ELSEWHERE

I bought a reversing camera from AGM parts and components. It arrived, but I could not get it to power up, so I contacted them to sort out a return and refund, as the item was not working. After I sent it back, they contacted me to state I would not be getting my money back, as the item actually did work, but there was no way they could resell it. I queried why, and pointed out I had returned the item in line with their returns policy clearly stated on their website, so I was due a refund in full. They again rebuked my right to a refund. Fortunately I had bought through their eBay site, so eBay were able to step in, and agreed that AGM parts had breached all of their seller policies, and organised my refund.

I bought a Hella car horn, needed to return it as it was not compatible with my set up after a day of having it, no issues there - return authorised, sent off, arrived the next day. I was told it will not be refunded because the box is a bit bent & damaged (Royal Mail's fault), I kind of get that. What I'm annoyed about is that I've asked 3 times via e-mail and phone to have my item, that I paid for, back. Had replies that it will be sent to me, nothing. And my latest email has not had a response for over a week. Terrible service. Wanted to try this website, it looked good but I should have ordered on Amazon. To be avoided.
